Digital Business Analyst

We are looking for Digital Business Analysts for our office in Sarajevo! The Digital Analysts will be responsible for ensuring that business processes and supporting systems meet business needs for digital initiatives. This position is a key link between the business and technical domains and we are looking for a “hands on” person comfortable brokering communications with both sides, proposing effective solutions and driving implementation of changes that will meet the identified needs. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a bridge and “go to” point for business and technical stakeholders
  • Understand the key drivers of the business strategy to ensure alignment
  • Propose and justify solutions with stakeholders that will effectively meet the business needs and provide the bestoutcome for the company
  • Analyze, design and document new system requirements
  • Analyze and profile metrics to model the impact of solutions
  • Produce design collateral timeously and of excellent quality to efficiently capture change requirements
  • Collaborate with technical and operational staff to ensure implementation of solutions
  • Provide input into training and product related collateral
  • Develop personal and team professional knowledge
  • Merge input from development team and the business to produce screen designs and workflows
  • Support a continuous delivery release process
  • Write effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expert knowledge of analytical processes and the software development lifecycle
  • Experience of working within product development or consulting teams
  • Good knowledge of business processes
  • Knowledge and ability to apply agile and waterfall project management techniques
  • Experience working in multinational and geographically dispersed teams
  • 5 years of direct experience of enterprise and consumer processes, online systems development and related technologies
  • Experience of working in a digital environment
  • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

EDUCATION:

  • BSc (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related), MSc preferred
